Home For the Holidays

Image
Friday, our little town of Orrville opened up the streets so people could walk from business to business. I belong to the "Young Professionals Group" of Orrville(only have 5 more years and then I'm kicked out)and we were serving Smith Dairy Icecream and hot cocoa. Mrs. Claus decided to make a stop and Adam and I jumped in the picture. Mrs. Claus asked Adam what he wanted for Christmas and Adam just happened to have a Bakugan(the hottest toy this year) and showed her it. He also asked her to ask the elves to product many many many more so Wal*Mart, KMart and Toysrus would not be sold out every time he went there. She checked it out so she would have the right information to tell those elves. Then she asked if she could have a picture with him and even asked me to join in because she has known me since I was a little girl. After that was all done and she had moved on to the next child, Adam looked up at me and said "Mommy, that was the real Mrs. Claus." Right ther...

Thankful

Image
I wanted to post this yesterday but didn't get to it. I'm so thankful for my family and friends. Without them there would be nobody to share a joyful moment or a sad moment. I'm very thankful that everyone is healthy. So if you are reading this, thank you for being you!! ((HUGS)) to all. I thought I would share Adam's 2nd grade picture that we just got.

Who Who..Trick or Treat

Well if you work with me, you'll get one of these little guys. They are so easy and so much fun to make!!! All punches from Stampin Up and how ironic the M & M's go with the paper!! I found this idea at Splitcoast as well!!!

Thanksgiving Layout

Image
Here is the layout we did this month. I did get most of these ideas from Splitcoast, just changed a few colors. Put my own touch to it:) I like this little turkey. He's made out of SU punches. For the title of the page, we used a punch and then put twine through the loops we made from a punch!

Good evening! What a day...did some long over due cleaning. Jeff is in the not so comfortable feeling stage right now. Tried to convince him that I need to stay home another day from work to take care of him, but he wouldn't go for it. I wanted to share with you what my Stampin Club has been doing as far as scrapbooking, so if you are not into it, skip.
